ChemEtz Investments Pty Ltd is an owner run business based in Alberton.  We are a dedicated and focused professional services provider.  Our main and ultimate focus is on delivering high quality services, and providing each customer with personal attention to detail.  All our teams are fully equipped with all the expertise and materials to deliver each task they are assigned to.

ChemEtz Investments is a general contracting business incorporated in Gauteng, South Africa by sole owner Ryan Etzinger.  Our staff and crew bring years of experience along with them. Currently, the company is involved in custom whole-house renovation and remodels, in addition to general plumbing, maintenance services, roofing, flooring and professional cleaning services.

All projects are structured with the principal as the primary project manager. Regular supervision is provided to each job from start to finish and a foreman is present on site at all times.

Our employees have been chosen based on their ability and level of craftsmanship, as well as their personal qualities and values. We believe that having our own employees provides us with more immediate control over the direction and nature of each and every process.
